ACT州政府今日发布了190州担更新后的申请条款，其中有新增了一些补充说明，其中涉及到海外居住者的申请，州担保项目的留存，甚至特别强调不再接受补充材料。
Closed Occupations条款里新增说明
Genuine offer of employment in the nominated occupation. The employer must be actively operating in the ACT. The employment contract must in accordance with Australian legislation and the salary paid at market rate. While it is expected that the offer is for a full time position, a part time position may be accepted if the applicant can demonstrate that the salary is sufficient to support their lifestyle in Canberra. You must also demonstrate that you meet the nomination criteria.
新增条款针对海外居住者：“Genuine offer of employment in the nominated occupation”后面补充说明：雇主必须在ACT从事经济活动，雇佣合同必须符合澳洲法律条款，薪水必须打到劳动市场的水平。职位一般为全职工作，兼职工作如果申请人可以证明薪水足够达到在ACT生活的水准也可以接受申请。申请人还必须证明自己符合州担保提名条件。
Commiment to Canberra条款里新增说明
If you have lived, worked or studied interstate within the last two years, you must demonstrate that all members of your immediate family (spouse/partner and children if applicable) meet the Canberra residence criteria.
新增说明补充：如果申请人带配偶/子女，在过去两年内在ACT州居住，工作或者学习，则需要配偶/子女在ACT的居住证明。
新增Closing the ACT Skilled Migration Program
The ACT Skilled Migration Program may be temporarily closed at any time, without notice, once the Program target for the year is met. The program may be reopened at any time if there is sufficient capacity within the target to accept more applications; or at the start of the new financial year when the Program target is reset. It is highly likely that the demand for occupations will also be reassessed when the Program reopens.
新增条款里说ACT州担如果达到一年的名额上限，可能任何时候都会暂时关闭申请，并不会提前通知。
如果还有名额，申请还会继续开放，或者新财年开始的时候对名额上限有了重新调整。州担这个项目在重新开放申请的时候可能会依据职业需求进行重新评估。
不再接受Additional Documents
The assessment of the application for ACT nomination will be based solely on the supporting documents provided at the time of application. Additional documents in support of the application will not be accepted once the application is submitted.
申请条款中新增说明：州担保提名会根据申请人提交的材料进行审批，一旦申请提交，之后就不接受补充材料。
