ACT州政府今日發佈了190州擔更新後的申請條款，其中有新增了一些補充說明，其中涉及到海外居住者的申請，州擔保項目的留存，甚至特別強調不再接受補充材料。
Closed Occupations條款裡新增說明
Genuine offer of employment in the nominated occupation. The employer must be actively operating in the ACT. The employment contract must in accordance with Australian legislation and the salary paid at market rate. While it is expected that the offer is for a full time position, a part time position may be accepted if the applicant can demonstrate that the salary is sufficient to support their lifestyle in Canberra. You must also demonstrate that you meet the nomination criteria.
新增條款針對海外居住者：「Genuine offer of employment in the nominated occupation」後面補充說明：僱主必須在ACT從事經濟活動，僱傭合同必須符合澳洲法律條款，薪水必須打到勞動市場的水平。職位一般為全職工作，兼職工作如果申請人可以證明薪水足夠達到在ACT生活的水準也可以接受申請。申請人還必須證明自己符合州擔保提名條件。
Commiment to Canberra條款裡新增說明
If you have lived, worked or studied interstate within the last two years, you must demonstrate that all members of your immediate family (spouse/partner and children if applicable) meet the Canberra residence criteria.
新增說明補充：如果申請人帶配偶/子女，在過去兩年內在ACT州居住，工作或者學習，則需要配偶/子女在ACT的居住證明。
新增Closing the ACT Skilled Migration Program
The ACT Skilled Migration Program may be temporarily closed at any time, without notice, once the Program target for the year is met. The program may be reopened at any time if there is sufficient capacity within the target to accept more applications; or at the start of the new financial year when the Program target is reset. It is highly likely that the demand for occupations will also be reassessed when the Program reopens.
新增條款裡說ACT州擔如果達到一年的名額上限，可能任何時候都會暫時關閉申請，並不會提前通知。
如果還有名額，申請還會繼續開放，或者新財年開始的時候對名額上限有了重新調整。州擔這個項目在重新開放申請的時候可能會依據職業需求進行重新評估。
不再接受Additional Documents
The assessment of the application for ACT nomination will be based solely on the supporting documents provided at the time of application. Additional documents in support of the application will not be accepted once the application is submitted.
申請條款中新增說明：州擔保提名會根據申請人提交的材料進行審批，一旦申請提交，之後就不接受補充材料。
